How does it work:

  1. Start with the Introductory Workshop, every second Saturday from 11am-2pm.
  2. At the workshop, we will do your weigh in, measurements, and before and after photos. You will also find out what the difference is between YogAlign and more traditional styles of yoga and pilates, and what benefits you can expect to experience in the 30 day Challenge, and you’ll get access to the online classes and tips.
  3. Commit to a daily session either at the studio or online for 30 consecutive days.
  4. Once you’ve completed your 30 days come in on Saturday morning 10am- 11am to track your progress.
