On this page is some info on the classes we offer, what they’re about, what you can expect and what you’ll gain from each. We have also added some FAQs down the bottom to hopefully clear up a few common topics.

Learning the principles of YogAlign can take time, so we recommend everyone (even if you’ve done a lot of yoga before, our YogAlign Method is almost certainly different to what you’ve done before) to do at least 3-5 Beginner Classes, before progressing to the next classes. In the Beginner Yoga Class you will learn the very basics of the Breath, the PNF Hold and Release Principles and you’ll start to learn how we do things differently. By the end of your first class, you should have a solid understanding of the basics.
The next progression from the Beginner Class is the Stretch class. In this class you will begin to take the classes to the next level. This is the class for you if you have neck, shoulder, back tension or problems. This class will work into every muscle throughout the whole body, to get a great full body stretch. You will leave this class feeling stretched, relaxed and re-energised all over.
This is the next progression from the Yoga Stretch class, if you want to use your time in your Yoga class as more of a workout, you will experience that in the Flow class. It is essential that you have a basic understanding of the key concepts of YogAlign before joining in this class. Yoga Core Flow:
Combining the principles you’ll learn in the Flow class with the ones from the Core class. You get the best of both.
This is the class for you if you want to learn the basics of getting a natural core activation. How to relieve and prevent back pain.The basis of this class is the YogAlign method, combined with Pilates exercises for core strength. It is recommended that you do a few of these classes before progressing to the Core class, where we’ll begin to take you Core workout to the next level. This is the next progression from the Beginner Core class, this is where you’ll begin to learn modifications to take your core strength to the next level. This class is great for getting a full Core workout as well as some stretch exercise.
You won’t need to bring a mat or any yoga props, all equipment is available complimentary throughout your class. You can bring a water bottle and a towel to cover your mat, or you can use the spray provided to spray down your mat and props after you finish your class.
For your first class it’s best to arrive at least 10 minutes early, as you will be required to complete a medical form before the class. For each class following your first class, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to set yourself up with the necessary props and equipment and allow yourself time to get into the mode of the class, this will make for maximum enjoyment.
Your instructor will guide you to use the props necessary for each class. All props, including mats are available for complimentary use throughout your class.
It is important that your instructor knows any medical conditions prior to the start of the class. Please always inform your instructor of any relevant health changes prior to each class.
If this is your first class, it is best to be on time, and wait until you can arrive before the class starts. If you have joined in a few classes and understand the basics, you are still able to enter the class, however please do so with minimum fuss, to avoid disrupting the other participants.
It is best to leave the phone in the car, or to have it switched off during the class, to avoid disrupting the other class participants.

A fun filled class, that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and yet energised.
Immediately stop the exercise that you are doing, chose an easier modification or completely leave that exercise out. It is of no benefit to ‘work through’ the pain, as that will eventually cause injuries. Talk to your instructor after the class, and the instructor will offer assistance on a modification.
