Allouise Williamson, the owner of The Healthy Body Studio, and creator of the Online Foundational YogAlign Program, introduced this revolutionary method to a larger Australian audience, by offering and teaching the first YogAlign Group Classes in an Australian Studio, after experiencing the incredible health-invoking benefits of practising the YogAlign Method with the creator.

A combination of breath work, focused muscular release, self massage techniques, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and naturally aligned opening body positions help to retrain the body to move with less effort.
Developed by Michealle Edwards, on the beautiful Hawaiian Island of Kauai, a longtime yogini, who was experiencing progressively worse injuries and pain in her committed yoga practise. Michealle developed YogAlign with the intention of giving the practitioner the skills to encourage the body’s own self-healing abilities.
Allouise experienced low-grade constant back pain for over 10 years, even with the continual practice of different styles of yoga including hot yoga, vinyasa, ashtanga, hatha and iyengar as well as a regular pilates practice, the back pain persisted. Allouise was shocked to find that while she was teaching and doing about 6 hours a day of pilates and vinyasa flow classes at her studio, the back pain actually increased, and she also developed shoulder and neck tension that she hadn’t previously experienced.
It was through ‘coincidence’ that Allouise discovered the YogAlign method, and the effects she experienced were nothing short of transformational.
